SRS’s auxiliary fleet consists of one tugboat. Its use allows the shipping company to be less dependent on weather conditions when ferries and transport vessels enter the port and escort them to the berth.
The tugboat is stationed in the shipping company’s home port of Kholmsk on the western coast of Sakhalin, washed by the waters of the Tatar Strait. The tugboat services not only SASCO’s own fleet, but also vessels of other carriers calling at the port.
SRS Logistics And Storage LTD is a member of the Baltic and International Maritime Council (BIMCO) and the National Chamber of Shipping.
